IDENTIFY AND CULTIVATE EMERGING TALENTS ON OUR PITCHES
This year, the central theme revolves around coaches and their management techniques. Just as in previous editions, TIBY Handball is paired with a continuing education symposium. To reiterate, this symposium allows for the renewal of federal coaching certifications up to the inter-regional level (level 4) and elevates the professionalization of coaches from the Île-de-France region who are participating in sports improvement.
The objectives are as follows:
To provide thematic continuing education.
To facilitate the revalidation of federal coaching certifications (up to the inter-regional coaching level).
To enhance the professionalism of coaches from the Île-de-France region engaged in sports development.

- Pascal Person (National Technical Coordinator, responsible for the men's regional development program in Île-de-France),
- Sébastien Gardillou (Assistant Coach of the French National Women's A Team),
- Jean-Pierre Guillaume (Physical Trainer for the men's regional hope center in Île-de-France),
- Nicolas Keïta (Technical Sports Coordinator for Île-de-France, responsible for training).
