This year, the theme revolves around the coach and their management. As in previous editions, TIBY Handball is combined with the continuing education seminar. As a reminder, this seminar allows for the renewal of federal diplomas up to the inter-regional level (level 4) and professionalizes coaches involved in sports development.
Targeted objectives:
a) Professionalizing coaches involved in sports development.
b) Using the dialectics of the game and knowledge about positional play, as well as power dynamics, to develop behaviors while respecting the fundamental principles of handball.
c) Designing a training session, a coaching project, or a match strategy adapted to all players.
d) Preparing the player for handball activities to develop/enhance their physical abilities and/or prevent injuries by managing training load.
